The rules for using Worldtickers and its market research tools.

By accessing or using Worldtickers.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Worldtickers provides market data, charts, news, research tools, screeners, alerts, watchlists, portfolios, educational content, and automated summaries. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued as the service develops.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not use another person's account or create an account through deceptive or unlawful means.

Worldtickers is provided for informational, research, and educational purposes only. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

Worldtickers is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, or financial planner. You are responsible for your own research and decisions. Investing and trading involve risk, including possible loss of principal.

Market data, prices, news, calculations, alerts, technical indicators, and automated or AI-generated summaries may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided without a guarantee of availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular decision. Always verify important information independently.

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, plan limits, security systems, or usage restrictions.
• Scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its data without written permission.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Worldtickers offers a free Basic plan and paid subscription plans. Paid features, prices, billing periods, and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. The free plan lets you evaluate the service before you subscribe, and we recommend you do so.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your order, invoice, and any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST are handled by Dodo Payments, and their terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. Promotional or introductory pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout. We may change plan prices or plan limits for future billing periods; where we do, we will give you reasonable notice and the change will not affect the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may downgrade your account to the free Basic plan until payment succeeds. Paid data, usage limits, and premium features are unavailable while an account is unpaid, suspended, or downgraded.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through the customer billing portal linked from your profile. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment beyond the billing period you are in.

When you cancel, your plan stays active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. At the end of that period your account moves to the free Basic plan. Your account, watchlists, and portfolios are not deleted when a subscription ends.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or periods during which you did not use the service. This includes cancellations made immediately after a renewal. Because access to the paid service is granted instantly and in full on payment, and because a free plan is available to evaluate the service first, we ask you to choose your plan carefully before subscribing.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country, and it does not limit the merchant of record's ability to issue a refund where it is required to do so. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services, you acknowledge that access begins immediately on payment and that the right may be lost once performance has begun.

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or could not access a paid feature because of a fault on our side, contact us through our support page and we will investigate and put it right.

Worldtickers and its original software, design, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party market data, news, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses the service, or threatens other users or platform operations. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Worldtickers will not be liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information is handled. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
