Using the same example: $10 million in current assets, $3 million in inventory, and $5 million in current liabilities gives a quick ratio of 1.4 (($10M - $3M) / $5M). While the current ratio looked healthy at 2.0, the quick ratio reveals a tighter liquidity position once inventory is removed.

Technology and services
